Anti Dandruff Products in Pakistan: Medicated Scalp Serum Treatment

Salicylic Acid (BHA) at 1–2% clears the dead skin cell layer that sits between the antifungal actives and the Malassezia populations underneath. By dissolving this barrier, it improves how effectively Climbazole and Piroctone Olamine reach their target.

D-Panthenol (Provitamin B5) is included to offset the mild drying effect that antifungal actives can produce, keeping the scalp barrier hydrated while treatment is underway. 83% of users in a consumer study reported reduced dandruff and flaking within two weeks.
